Shipping Quotes Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, oversized items, and special shipping destinations may require a quote.
Standard Shipping Most orders over $99 ship free within the lower 48 states.
30-Day Return Window Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Inspection Required Returns are inspected before refunds or exchanges are processed.

Shipping Information & Quote Requests

Many orders ship using our standard shipping options, but some orders require additional review before shipping costs can be confirmed. This is especially common with oversized items, multiple-box shipments, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, remote destinations, or other special shipping situations.

Standard Shipping

Most orders over $99 ship free within the lower 48 states. Orders under $99 are generally eligible for $9.95 flat-rate shipping.

Some oversized items, custom products, special-order products, or items shipping from multiple warehouses may require additional processing time or shipping charges.

Processing Times

Our shipping department processes shipments Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM Eastern Time.

Most products ship within 24–48 hours after the order is processed, although some items may take longer due to seasonality, backorders, or manufacturer lead times.

Tracking Numbers

Tracking numbers are typically provided within 48–72 hours of being available. You may receive multiple tracking emails if your order ships in more than one package.

UTV Direct is not responsible for theft of delivered packages. Please monitor your tracking and delivery location.

Alaska, Hawaii, Canada & Special Shipping Destinations

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or destinations outside our standard shipping area may require a shipping quote before purchase. Some oversized products and certain freight items may also require a quote.

Order Placement & Fitment

During checkout, please provide your complete year, make, and model. We do our best to help review fitment when vehicle information is provided and may contact you if we notice a possible issue.

Important: It is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to confirm that the products ordered are correct for their vehicle. Fitment details are listed on each product page. If you are unsure, please contact our sales team before placing your order.

If we contact you for fitment verification and do not receive a response within 48 hours, the order may ship as placed.

Return Policy

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To begin the process, please submit a return request through our online Returns Center.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving them.
  • Items must be returned in new, undamaged, uninstalled condition and in the original packaging.
  • All returns must be inspected before a refund or exchange is processed.
  • Returned items that do not meet return requirements may be denied a refund or exchange.
  • A restocking fee may apply depending on the item condition, situation, or manufacturer policy.
  • Special-order and custom items are non-returnable.
  • Windshields or products with protective covering removed are non-returnable.
  • Exchanges will not be shipped until the return has been received and reviewed.
  • Return shipping expenses are the customer’s responsibility unless UTV Direct shipped the incorrect item in error.
  • The actual shipping cost may be deducted from returns on orders that received free or shared shipping.
Damaged or missing parts? Items that arrive damaged or missing parts must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item. Photos are required so our team can review the issue and determine the next step.

How the Return Process Works

Submit Request Start your return online with your order information, selected items, reason, and photos if needed.

Team Review Our team reviews your request and sends return instructions or asks for additional information.

Ship the Item Follow the return instructions and submit tracking if you are using your own shipping method.

Inspection & Resolution Once received, the item is inspected before a refund, exchange, or other resolution is completed.
Return authorization emails are typically sent within 2 business days. Please check all email folders, including spam or promotions folders.

Refund timing may vary. You should generally expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, though many refunds are completed more quickly.
